The Stargate Project
"The Stargate Project is a new company which intends to invest $500 billion over the next four years building new AI infrastructure for OpenAI in the United States." AI infrastructure needs electricity infrastructure. States have a great deal of control over that. To help states provide the electricity needed for AI, they need to adopt "Consumer Regulated Electricity" or CRE. CRE is state policy which would allow for the creation of new, fast moving, and innovative electricity utilities that can keep pace with the speed and growth of AI.
