Speed is important but in a competitive world, cost will quickly become important, too. That's the beauty of "Consumer Regulated Electricity" or CRE. By allowing the entry of new fast moving, innovative and COMPETITIVE utilities, these new "CRE Utilities" can rapidly innovate on BOTH speed and cost. That's the power of an unleashed free market.
