Energy is everything, energy is nothing

This is a great post and I want to highlight one bit, "Access, speed-to-power, is far far more important than price. Nuclear restarts, fully islanded projects, on-site gas, fleets of road-mobile generators, all of this because it serves speed to power." Speed is important but in a competitive world, cost will quickly become important, too. That's the beauty of "Consumer Regulated Electricity" or CRE. By allowing the entry of new fast moving, innovative and COMPETITIVE utilities, these new "CRE Utilities" can rapidly innovate on BOTH speed and cost. That's the power of an unleashed free market.
