Texas regulator recommends improvements after investigating CenterPoint's Beryl response

Texas policymakers - We agree that CenterPoint needs to make improvements. To do so effectively requires focus: focus by CenterPoint, ERCOT, and the PUC. The crushing growth of data centers distracts from that critical focus. That's why we're advocating for "Consumer Regulated Electricity" or CRE, new state policy that would allow the creation of NEW utilities to focus on the new growth, allowing the others to focus on their needed improvements.
